Meet the Founders
Beth Kelley, LPC, PCC is a Denver-based consultant with 20+ years experience working in mental health, education, and nonprofit consulting. She specializes in trauma-informed workplaces, creating healthy teams, and building organizational resilience. As a psychotherapist, certified coach, and leadership consultant, she works with organizations interested in sustainable practices and shifting culture to support individual and systemic wellbeing. Her goal is to help leverage our humanness in the workplace. Beth brings humor as well as her deep love of the human experience to her trainings, facilitations, and coaching.

Brett P. Kennedy, Psy.D. is a clinical psychologist, supervisor, and consultant with more than 25 years of experience helping adolescents, adults, and couples navigate life’s challenges. His work centers on healing emotional pain, redefining what it means to be “good enough,” facing disappointment with honesty, and cultivating acceptance. Dr. Kennedy is passionate about the transformative power of dialogue, humor, and meaningful action—not only in enriching individual lives but also in building stronger communities.
After many years immersed in the energy and intensity of city living, he now finds balance and renewal outdoors—whether cycling up mountain roads, hiking rugged trails, or skiing down fresh powder.
